Maine Twin Party Papers
Collection, 1938-1976, consists of the papers of the Maine Twin Party organization. Includes correspondence, photographs, clippings, scrapbooks, and a film reel documenting their semi-annual parties celebrating twins, and their research benefits. This party started as a small gathering for research, it expanded into a state organization that continued until the mid 1950s.
J. F. Parkhurst Correspondence
Correspondence to J. F. Parkhurst mainly concerning business and financial matters. Two items deal with his activities in organizing a militia company in Unity, Maine.
James R. Taber Ledger
A ledger used by Taber to record purchases made at his general store in Unity, Maine. Taber also used the volume to record work he did for others, including fencing, haying, repairs, etc. His work as executor for various decedents' estates is also documented in the volume.
