The records of the Association include the Constitution and by-laws, membership materials and information about the activities of the organization from 1925 on, though most the materials date from 1949 on. Also information about the Association's affliation with the American Home Economics Association is included.

The records of the Maine Times include correspondence, corporate business documents, and other records of a Maine newspaper from its founding. The collection does not include manuscripts of articles or photos.
Gideon Mayo Papers
Records from Mayo's involvement in various businesses in the Orono, Maine area and as an agent for several sawmills on the Stillwater River, including the Basin Mills, the Island Mills, and the Orono Manufacturing Company.
Lucius Herbert Merrill Family and Academic Papers
The collection contains both academic and family papers of Lucius H. Merrill and of his son, Edward O. Merrill, and Alan Merrill. These include lecture notes, research notes, letters, correspondence, diaries, and journals.
William H. Miller Legal Correspondence
This collection primarily consists of legal correspondence to and from clients and plantiffs. Additionally, there are a number of documents from the Waldoboro Post Office, 1826-1839, and two histories of Waldoboro.

Paul Family Papers
The collection contains personal papers of various members of the Paul family of Eliot, Maine, as well as a few documents from the Bartlett, Hammond, Leighton and Shapleigh families of Eliot. A folder of papers of Horace Remick is also included.
Peirce Family Papers
Papers of several generations of the Peirce family of Bangor, Maine centered on materials of Waldo Treat Peirce and his son, Mellen Chamberlain Peirce. Also included are papers of Mellen Peirce's father-in-law, William B. Hayford.
Perkins Family Papers
The collection contains notes and information on the Perkins family gathered and compiled from around 1911 to 1913 by Enoch Perkins of Malden, Massachusetts. Also included are letters to various generations of the family written between 1772 and 1885 as well as legal documents, wills, deeds, receipts and other family papers dating from 1700 to 1901.
Allen B. Pierce Papers
The collection contains papers reflecting Allen Pierce's service as master on various vessels, 1850-1881. A small group of personal papers is also included.
Remick Family Papers
Remick family papers include items that date to the late 17th century. Most of the papers concern Oliver P. Remick and his service in the U.S. Revenue Cutter Service, forerunner of the U.S. Coast Guard, from 1876-1895. Included are some earlier and later family materials, and historical Revenue Cutter Service materials. Also contains unpublished manuscripts of Martha Remick.

The Daniel T. Richardson papers cover the period during and after the Civil War in East Baldwin, Maine. Included are records of Richardson's retail store, his town service, his political involvement, his postal service, and papers pertaining to his pension claims service.

The records of the estate of George G. Goss. Included is a notebook recording the disbursement of the estate and receipts for money received by the heirs. Included also is a letter dated Aug. 3, 1883, from Lizzie C. Goss, of West Levant, Maine, informing Mr. Rowe that she has reached the age of 21 and would like her inheritance.

The papers of the law partnership of Ruggles and Gould of Thomaston, Maine. Includes correspondence, depositions, briefs, and other legal documents that pertain to their practice and clients, mostly in the then Lincoln County, now Knox County, Maine during the 1830's-1860's predominently.

Walton-Shepard-Parker-Hahn Family Papers
Collection of letters, receipts, diaries, deeds, and other genealogical materials relating to the Walton, Shepard, Parker, and Hahn families of Belfast, Maine. Primary persons include W. H. Walton, Alice B. Walton, Rufus Walton, Alfred Walton, Americus V. Parker, Anna B. Parker, Arline Walton, and Hiram Walton.
John F. Whittier Papers
The papers of a farmer. Included are receipts, agreements to repay loans, insurance policies, tax bills, a bill of sale, and a letter from Isaac P. Whittier in 1862 to his brother and sister concerning the death of their brother and Isaac's experiences in the Civil War.

Frederick A. Wood Papers
Business papers of Frederick A. Wood of the village of East Lebanon, Maine. Very little information is available about Mr. Wood, but from materials in the collection it appears that he was in the lumber business, dealing in wood, especially cedar, cut near Caribou and New Sweden, Maine.
