Rights assessment remains the responsibility of the researcher. The NEHC grants users full photocopying privileges and “fair use” publication rights to a maximum of 5,000 words from the entire collection. Publication in excess of 5,000 words requires written consent of the president of the National Extension Homemakers Council, Inc.
