Rights assessment remains the responsibility of the researcher. The NEHC grants users full photocopying privileges and “fair use” publication rights to a maximum of 5,000 words from the entire collection. Publication in excess of 5,000 words requires written consent of the president of the National Extension Homemakers Council, Inc. Please include in the citation “National Extension Homemakers Oral History Collection."
