Biographical / Historical
The University of Maine Employee Assistance Program was established in 1980, with Dr. Robert A. Graves serving as the Program's first director. The Program provided confidential assessment, counseling, referral, and consultation services on personal and work related problems to both University of Maine and University of Maine employees and their immediate family members. In 2014, the Program was disbanded and transitioned to the Cigna Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Transferred to the Library Annex from the office of former head of special collections Richard Hollinger in 2021. The newsletters were addressed to former Fogler Library employee Francis Wihbey.
