Biographical / Historical
Entre Nosotros is an annual publication of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society (La Sociedad Nacional Honoraria Hispánica), which was founded at the University of California, Berkeley in 1919. From 1969 through 1976, several faculty of Spanish at the University of Maine served as editors of Entre Nosotros.
The National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of South Carolina and headquartered at the College of Charleston. Sigma Delta Pi's chapter at the University of Maine is Zeta Kappa.

Arrangement
Physically the boxes are arranged by subject. Some file names and dates were changed to make them more meaningful and to correct errors. Material was separated and divided into multiple sub-folders where necessary. Material was rehoused into archival quality storage.

Appraisal
The processing archivist appraised the records and destroyed duplicate copies of magazines and bulletins.
Accruals
Accruals from Entre Nosotros are not anticipated because they are not a University of Maine publication.
Processing Information
Processed by Matthew Revitt and student worker Julia Haberstick, July 2018, Raymond H. Fogler Library Special Collections Department. Processing involved a collection survey and intellectual arrangement into series and the creation of this finding aid. Material was rehoused into appropriate archival folders and the boxes and folders numbered and titled using information from ArchivesSpace.
