Biographical Note
Cyrenus W. Crockett graduated from the University of Maine in 1899 with a degree in chemistry. While at the university he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. After graduation he taught chemistry at the university for a year and then worked for various chemical companies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He died in 1938.
