Biographical Note
Richard Eric Harvey, Jr., the son of Richard E. and Mary E. McCahill Harvey, was born on April 3, 1920 in Portland, Maine. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. in 1942 and entered the U.S. Naval Reserve upon his graduation.
