Biograhpical Note
Scott L. Libby was born around 1884 and was living at Pine Tree Stock Farm in Gardiner, Maine in 1898. In 1900 he was a boarder in Augusta, Maine according to the U.S. Census record and in 1910 he was living in North Hempstead, New York.
