Biographical Note

Donald Larrabee was born in 1923, graduated with a degree in journalism from Syracuse University. He was a combat correspondent in the Pacific during World War II. He worked for and later owned the Griffin Larrabee News Bureau in Washington, D.C. and was a reporter from 1947-1977. He has been correspondent in the Congressional Press Gallery and President of the National Press Club.
